Topic Contibuted Sessions

Call for Topic-Contributed Sessions Papers

 

A Topic-Contributed Session is planned in advance by one or more organizers and includes 3–4 speakers presenting on a shared topic. Organizers of topic-contributed sessions must submit a one-page proposal including session title, session organiser, session description describing its focus, audience and appeal, list of speakers and affiliations, and a tentative title for each presentation. Submissions may be made by email to tcs@stat.auckland.ac.nz

The submission period is March 31 to Aug 31, 2017. The authors will be notified of the review committee’s decision by 5 October 2017. Individual abstracts will be required by August 31, 2017, if the proposed session is approved.

Successful submission will be acknowledged with a formal letter of acceptance. Once the submission is accepted, all the presenters must register for the conference as soon as possible, preferably within one week.

The Scientific Program Committee has already approved the Topic Contributed Sessions and the Invited Sessions which will be part of the conference programme. The abstracts for these sessions can be submitted until September 25 by using the following link:
