Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

  • Registrations are not fully refundable.
  • Refunds are dependent on how far prior to the conference the cancellation request is received with no refunds offered after 10 November 2017 – 17:00 NZT. In all cases a cancellation fee will be payable, due to banking, administration and other charges that we incur. (Further Terms and Conditions form part of the registration form.)
  • To receive a refund, Event Services must receive written cancellation requests no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference (Cancellations received after 10 November 2017 – 17:00 NZT will not be refunded including ‘standard’ category tickets bought after 10 November 2017 – 17:00 NZT ). Cancellation requests must be sent by email to our event coordinator, Tessa Lloyd-Hagemann at t.lloyd-hagemann@auckland.ac.nz
  • All prices are in NZD and time in NZT. Refunds will be made in NZD.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another person from your organisation without penalty (notification should be given no less than 48 hours prior to the conference.)
